PROPOSED SALARY RANGE: £29,000–£33,000 per annum, depending on skills and experience, plus a London Weighting allowance of £5,441 on top of the base salary.

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
Join BBC Studios' Brand & Licensing Digital Division as a Paid Social Executive supporting paid social campaigns from setup through optimisation and post-campaign reporting. Working across multiple accounts, you'll use Meta Ads Manager regularly, analyse performance data, produce client-ready reporting, and turn insights into recommendations that improve future activity. Reporting to the Paid Social Manager, you'll help deliver accurate, effective paid media campaigns for our partners.

The role offers hands-on ownership across campaign setup, optimisation, analysis and reporting, with exposure to multiple accounts and stakeholders. It's an opportunity to strengthen your paid social expertise while contributing to clear, high-quality campaign delivery within BBC Studios.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND IMPACT:
Build, launch and manage paid social campaigns primarily across Meta, as well as other advertising platforms including Google, TikTok and Snapchat Ads.
Monitor in-flight campaign performance, analyse results and recommend optimisations, working closely with the Paid Social Manager where additional support is required.
Collect and quality-check performance data across multiple accounts, producing accurate Excel and PowerPoint reports with clear, well-presented charts.
Conduct post-campaign analysis, translate findings into practical recommendations and prepare client-ready updates for external and non-marketing audiences.
Manage campaign requirements, timings and workload effectively, communicating deadlines and capacity while collaborating with the Paid Social Manager, Brand Partnership, Sales and Marketing teams.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA
Paid social experience, gained in-house or within an agency environment.
Hands-on experience setting up and managing campaigns in Meta Ads Manager, including Facebook and Instagram activity.
Strong understanding of paid social KPIs, campaign performance drivers and how to use data to optimise activity and inform recommendations.
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and post-campaign analysis.
A high degree of accuracy in data handling, given reports are issued directly to clients.
DESIRED BUT NOT REQUIRED
Hands-on experience managing campaigns across Google Ads (YouTube), TikTok Ads Manager and Snapchat Ads Manager.
