Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their queries in a professional manner.
- Provide product information and guidance to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
- Utilise upselling techniques to promote additional products and enhance the customer experience.
- Maintain an organised and tidy workspace, ensuring that all merchandise is displayed attractively.
- Handle customer transactions accurately, employing basic maths skills for cash handling.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when addressing customer calls or inquiries.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills in English;
- Proven ability to upsell products effectively while maintaining a positive customer relationship.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic maths skills for handling transactions and providing accurate change.
- Previous experience in a customer service role is an advantage but not essential.
- A friendly disposition with a passion for helping others and providing outstanding service.
