Package & Benefits
- Salary : £44,000 PA
- Contract hours : 40 hours
- Overtime: x1.5 weekdays, x2 Sundays & Bank Holidays
- Annual Bonus: Up to £5,000 (paid quarterly, based on KPIs)
- On-call Allowance: £200 per week + applicable overtime rates (1 in 6 rota)

Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Refrigeration/ Chiller Engineer to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the service, maintenance, repair, and installation of refrigeration/ chiller systems across various client sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) service and repair on industrial refrigeration systems
- Working with Cold rooms/freezers rooms/ air cooler & water cooler systems 5KW – 2MW/ heat recover chiller units/ free coolers/ cooling towers
- Diagnose and repair faults efficiently to minimise downtime
- Install and commission refrigeration equipment as required
- Ensure all work is completed in compliance with health & safety regulations
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships
- Complete service reports and documentation accurately
- Participate in the on-call rota (1 in 6)
Experience/ qualifications
- Proven experience working on large chillers - air cooler & water cooler systems
- Relevant refrigeration qualifications (e.g. NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent)
- F-Gas Cat 1 certification (essential)
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- Full UK driving licence
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to travel and work overtime when required
