Are you a passionate and qualified Early Years Practitioner ready to be part of something special from the very beginning?
Little Flowers, a new early years setting that opened in January 2025, is looking for warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated practitioners to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to help shape a nurturing and inspiring environment where children can blossom.
About the Role:
As a valued member of our new team, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality care and early education, guided by the EYFS framework. You’ll help create a setting where every child feels safe, supported, and inspired to grow.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Planning and leading engaging, child-led activities that promote curiosity and development
- Building trusting relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Supporting the implementation of our setting’s vision and values from the ground up
- Maintaining high standards in safeguarding, health & safety, and inclusive practice
- Contributing to a positive, collaborative team culture
What We’re Looking For:
- A full and relevant Level 3 qualification in Early Years
- Previous experience in a nursery or early years setting
- A nurturing, proactive, and reliable approach
- A strong understanding of the EYFS and child development
- A valid Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
