We are looking for a creative, organised and detail-oriented person to join our growing property business helping style and furnish Houses of Multiple Occupation (HMOs) in Manchester.
This is not a boring office design role.
You’ll be involved in real projects, transforming rooms into stylish, modern spaces people genuinely love living in.
What you’ll be doing:
- Furnishing and decorating bedrooms and communal spaces
- Shopping for furniture, accessories and décor
- Creating stylish, practical interiors on realistic budgets
- Helping choose colours, layouts and finishing details
- Styling rooms for professional photos
- Visiting properties across Manchester
- Turning “basic landlord rooms” into Pinterest-worthy spaces
- Liaising with builders, contractors, and the maintenance team to ensure projects are completed efficiently.
- Coordinating with builders, contractors, and the maintenance team.
- We’re looking for someone who:
- Has a genuine passion for interiors and styling
- Has a strong eye for detail and aesthetics
- Loves Pinterest, interiors content and design trends
- Is proactive, practical and reliable
- Has good organisational skills
- Can drive and has access to a car
Bonus points if you:
- Have experience in real estate, lettings or property management
- Have studied interior design or similar
- Know Canva, SketchUp or mood board tools
- Enjoy social media/content creation
- Are great at finding stylish pieces within budget
