Responsibilities
- Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients, introducing our products and services with confidence and clarity
- Identify potential customer needs and tailor your pitch to demonstrate value effectively
- Maintain detailed records of all interactions within our CRM software, including Salesforce, ensuring accurate follow-up actions
- Qualify leads by assessing client interest and readiness to engage further with our offerings
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching target markets and improving outreach effectiveness
Skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to use Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Time management to meet deadlines and targets in line with Company expectations
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or other CRM tools for managing customer interactions
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone
- Self-motivated, energetic, and resilient mindset capable of handling rejection positively
- Knowledge of sales processes and techniques to maximize outreach effectiveness
Experience
- 3-4 years' experience in a cold calling role
- Working in a group setting
Qualification's
- Valid UK Driving License
- Grade 4+ in English and Maths
