About You
We’re looking for an exceptional Finance lead to work closely with our Group CEO and the MDs of each business to shape and deliver strategy. This is a high-impact senior leadership role which will suit a commercially aware senior Finance professional with effective communication and critical thinking abilities and who enjoys working with a dynamic and fast-paced evolving manufacturing business.
What You'll Do
- Lead the Finance function across the Group, ensuring acurate financial reporting, effective budgeting processes and strong financial controls.
- Consolidate Group management accounts and provide strategic analysis and insight.
- Develop high performing Financial Controllers/Finance Managers and their teams in each Group business.
- Partner with senior stakeholders including Managing Directors to provide commercial insight, support strategic planning and identify opportunities to improve profitability and efficiency.
- Oversee compliance with statutory and audit requirements whilst maintaining robust governance standards throughout the Group.
- Lead and inspire with clear, open and transparent communication, encouraging two way involvement.
- As a key member of Olidor's sernior leadership team, input into wider commercial strategy.
Jobholder’s Competencies, Skills & Experience
- Qualified accountant status such as ACA, ACCA or CIMA.
- Significant sernior-level Finance experience within a manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrable track record of supporting change in a high growth SME.
- Engaging leadership skills.
- Ability to translate strategic plans into clear actions.
- Flexible about adopting a hands-on approach as needed.
- Commercial and entrepreneurial, with a business owner mindset.
- People focused, able to build trust, lead positive culture change and develop effective working relationships at all levels.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills, effective listening skills and an inclusive and collaborative approach.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and manage the team’s workloads.
- IT literacy, including AI and ERPs.
- High standards of numeracy, literacy and attention to detail.
- Growth mindset, with a continuous improvement approach.
- Open and honest with high standards of personal integrity.
- Ambitious with the desire to make a positive impact.

Working Arrangements: 40 hours per week, hybrid position, 3 days at nay Group site and 2 days working from home.
Location: Head Office based in Offenham, Evesham with regular travel to Cheltenham, Yorkshire and Kent.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £80,000.00-£100,000.00 per year
