I am Joanne Lorriman and I have worked as an A&E Nurse in a fast paced and challenging environment for many years. I have experienced first-hand the pressures that A&E Departments and NHS hospitals are facing.
Social care plays a critical role in protecting the NHS capacity to deliver high quality and safe care. I launched Lorriman Healthcare Services, a nursing/homecare business, to provide healthcare and medical support to people in their own homes. This, in turn, reduces the pressure on hospitals by reducing admissions and having appropriate care in place for an earlier discharge home.
Keeping people at home by delivering first class care is the mainstay to Lorriman Healthcare Services’ core values. Our team of professionals not only provide exceptional levels of care, but also provide emotional support to, for example, cancer patients and support for patients and their families to fulfil their dreams, whilst always advocating for their needs.
I am looking to recruit nurses with like-minded core values. Nurses who are focused on delivering quality compassionate and empathic care and who are just as determined as I am to reduce the pressure that A&E departments and NHS hospitals as a whole are facing.

Salary: Competitive according to experience.
