About the Role
As a Store Supervisor, you play a key leadership role within the store. You support the management team in driving sales performance, ensuring exceptional client experience, and maintaining operational and visual excellence.
You act as a role model on the shopfloor, guiding and inspiring the team, while contributing to a high-performing and premium retail environment.
In addition to your store responsibilities, you may also be involved in supporting exclusive marketing events and brand activations, acting as a Brand Ambassador and delivering a memorable, immersive client experience.
Key Responsibilities
Client Experience & Sales Leadership
- Deliver a world-class client experience through warm, personalised, and engaging service
- Demonstrate strong product and brand expertise, including storytelling and styling
- Lead by example on the shopfloor, coaching the team on selling techniques and client approach
- Support the team in achieving individual and store KPIs
- Manage complex client interactions with professionalism and care
Team Leadership & Development
- Support the management team with daily planning, delegation, and coordination
- Coach and guide Sales Assistants throughout the day
- Play a key role in onboarding and developing new team members
- Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-energy team environment
Brand Experience, Events & Customisation
- Act as a Brand Ambassador during in-store and external marketing events
- Deliver engaging and immersive client experiences through storytelling and product knowledge
- Support event execution and ensure alignment with brand standards
- Supervise and coordinate product customisation services (e.g., embroidery), ensuring a seamless, premium client experience
- Ensure teams are confident in explaining the customisation offer and guiding clients through the process
- Create strong client connections beyond transactional selling
Visual Merchandising & Store Standards
- Ensure visual merchandising is executed to the highest standards
- Support collection launches, floor moves, and seasonal updates
- Maintain a premium store environment at all times
Operations & Stock Management
- Support stockroom operations, deliveries, and inventory control
- Ensure compliance with POS procedures, cash handling, and store processes
- Contribute to shrinkage prevention and operational accuracy
Health & Safety
- Ensure adherence to all safety policies and procedures
- Maintain a safe and compliant working environment
Pay: £33,300.00-£36,000.00 per year
