Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Duty Manager to join our team in the hospitality sector. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for culinary excellence and immersive club nights, ensuring that our restaurant operates smoothly and efficiently and gifting our club with some wow factor experiences. As a Duty Manager, you will support the daily operations of the venue both day and night and assist the management team on a day to day basis.
Duties
- Assist the management team in overseeing daily operations, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and standards.
- Assist the supervisors with their R&Rs and day to day operations.
- Provide leadership to third party kitchen staff, promoting teamwork and effective communication to enhance productivity.
- Help manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as necessary to ensure uninterrupted service.
- Assist in the Training of new employees
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
- Monitor staff performance and provide constructive feedback to encourage professional development.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organisation within all venue areas.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a busy bar/club environment is essential, with a strong understanding of the city centre.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with staff and customers professionally.
- A background in food production is highly desirable
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required by the business needs.

Pay: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
