As a Flexible Waiter - Eagle Bar, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional guest experience within one of the hotel's vibrant bar outlets. Key Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and efficient food and beverage service to guests throughout their visit.
- Welcome guests warmly, take orders accurately, and confidently recommend beverages and menu items.
- Work closely with bar and kitchen teams to ensure smooth and timely service.
- Anticipate guest needs and deliver a personalised experience that reflects Rosewood's standards of hospitality.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of tables, seating areas, and service stations.
- Handle guest enquiries and feedback professionally, resolving issues or escalating when appropriate.
About You
- Previous experience in a bar, restaurant, or fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Confident working in a busy service setting while maintaining attention to detail.
