Overview
We are seeking a Receptionist to join our family run business, The successful candidate will act as the first point of contact for customers in person and over the phone to arrange bookings, process quotations and to invoice customers.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls with professional phone etiquette and manage enquiries effectively
- Manage front desk operations such as bookings and taking payments
- Perform data entry tasks with accuracy, utilising Microsoft Office etc
- Support administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and maintaining office supplies
- Assist with basic invoicing processes where necessary
- Ensure the reception area remains tidy and welcoming at all times
Experience
- Proven office experience or clerical background is preferred, training will be given where necessary
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
- Experience with data entry and administrative duties is advantageous
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently
- Good typing accuracy to handle correspondence and documentation
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with clients, visitors, and team members via phone and in person

Pay: From £12.71 per hour
