Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Trophy Engraver/Personalisation Technician to join our team. This role involves creating customised trophies and personalised items with precision and craftsmanship. The successful candidate will have a keen eye for detail, technical aptitude, and experience working with various tools and materials. Responsibilities
- Operate engraving machines ( IS400 & IS200) and other specialised equipment to personalise trophies and awards according to customer specifications
- Use hand tools and power tools (Milling Machine, Pantograph and Heat Press) to prepare surfaces, assemble components, and carry out finishing touches
- Measure, cut, and shape materials such as wood or metal, to precise dimensions (Guillotine)
- Assist with fabrication processes including assembly of customised products
- Proficient with design and layout software (Coreldraw and Gravostyle)
- Perform quality checks to ensure all items meet company standards before dispatch
- Handle heavy lifting when moving large or bulky items safely within the workshop
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and optimise workflow
Pay: £19,747.00-£23,132.20 per year
