Hours
- 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday (8:30am-5:00pm)
- Hybrid working - work from home on Mondays and Fridays
The role of Administrator:
- Accurately processing high volumes of data and invoices
- Using Excel to update, manage, and validate information
- Working across multiple internal systems to maintain accurate records
- Ensuring data is entered correctly and discrepancies are identified and resolved
- Supporting the logistics team with administrative and data processing tasks
- Liaising with internal teams and suppliers to resolve queries efficiently
The ideal Administrator:
- Previous administration or data entry experience
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills and confidence using multiple systems
- Excellent attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
- Ability to manage large volumes of data efficiently
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- A proactive approach and the ability to work independently
This is a 3-4 month temporary assignment with the potential to be extended.
The start date is ASAP.
