You’ll be joining our Health & Safety Team within our office called Support Centre, which is in Greater Manchester (M26 1GG).
The role is permanent and [full time / part time]

Your future, your role
As an Administrator in the Health & Safety Team, you’ll be:
Review Fire and Health and Safety risk assessments, being main point of contact and champion for ‘Works Tracker. Ensure action to be taken and allocate outstanding tasks to relevant persons/departments. Raise & receipt PO’s on Proactis if required
Have an active role in the bi-monthly Health and Safety Committee, providing updates & feedback on standing agenda items including the H&S Operational Plan
Liaise with external third-party specialists as when required including, on occasions when questions are raised on legal & technical issues
Support resolution of H&S issues from PMs/ADMs/DORs on telephone and email. Prioritising urgent issues, whilst maintaining progress on ongoing projects.
On occasion support and participate in health and safety training material review sessions
Represent H&S team on stakeholder calls with the Compliance team when required
Skills and Experience
This is an entry level role, some H&S knowledge desirable however not essential
Good communication skills both verbal and written
Must be competent in use of IT systems (Excel, Outlook and Word)
Effective organisation and administrative skills
Experience in minute taking and meeting protocols – desirable
Numerically confident and experience with setting up and working with spreadsheets
