Female Complex Care Support Worker – Mornings & Weekends

Ambition Community Healthcare is looking for compassionate and reliable Female Complex Care Support Workers to support an individual with complex clinical needs within their own home in North Norfolk.
This role is ideal for someone looking for consistent part-time hours, whether you're seeking additional work alongside another role or looking for flexible hours that fit around your lifestyle.
About the role
You will provide one-to-one support within the individual's home, promoting independence, dignity and wellbeing while delivering high-quality complex care.
Experience in the following areas would be beneficial:
- PEG feeding
- Non-Invasive Ventilation (NIV)
- Cough Assist
- Nebuliser therapy
- Complex medication administration
- Moving and handling using hoists
The individual is non-verbal and communicates using an iPad, so excellent spoken English and clear communication skills are essential.
Current opportunities include:
- Morning shifts (09:00–13:00)
- Weekend shifts
- Additional hours may become available across this package.
What we're looking for
- Previous care experience
- Complex care experience is desirable
- Compassionate and reliable approach
- Excellent communication skills
- Right to work in the UK
