Hours: 37.5 hours per week (While advertised as 37.5 hours per week, alternative working patterns may be considered)
Salary: £27,803.88 - £30, 663.36 (FTE)

Working in partnership with Stirling Council and funding from No One Left Behind, we are looking for an Employment Support Coordinator who can provide pre-pathway person-centred, holistic 1:1 support, tailored to meet the needs of young people with additional support needs, by identifying and working towards their chosen goals, at their pace.
Using a person-centred profile completed alongside the young person, you will identify their likes, dislikes, limitations and strengths, then work with the individual towards reaching their potential in a supported manner.
Fixed Term contract until 31 March 2027 (subject to funding).
The Management of Offenders Act (Scotland) 2019 (Exclusions and Exceptions) applies to this role.
