About the role
Whether you're an experienced hospitality professional or someone who's never worked a shift in a pub but has bags of personality and a genuine willingness to learn — we'd love to hear from you.
What you'll be doing
- Working the bar and floor, delivering food and drinks to a high standard
- Building a genuine rapport with guests — recommending dishes, suggesting drinks, making people feel looked after
- Keeping your section clean, organised, and running smoothly throughout service
- Handling payments accurately and efficiently
- Working closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service
- Helping to maintain stock levels and flag anything that's running low
What we're looking for
- A natural people person — friendly, warm, and confident talking to anyone
- Someone who thrives when it's busy and keeps their head when the pressure's on
- A genuine team player who looks out for their colleagues as much as their guests
- Previous bar or restaurant experience is a bonus, but not a deal breaker — we'll train the right person
- Basic awareness of food safety practices is helpful
- Reliable, punctual, and takes pride in their work
