We are a small private care organisation based in Gwent looking for a dynamic and experienced Deputy Manager to support us in developing and growing both Supported Living and Community based services in Blaenau Gwent and the surrounding areas.
You will be responsible for managing Support staff to provide excellent standards of care to the individuals we support.
The job is an mixture of office based admin and hands on support as we passionately believe to lead a team, you need to work within a team and understand how to support the people you are leading.
You will be supporting with care planning, supervisions, rota planning, working directly with professionals and attending MDT's, leading and supporting with new transitions and supporting to oversee and lead the team day to day.

Experience of managing in a social care setting is essential with an understanding of Supported Living and individuals with complex health needs.
NVQ 4/5 desirable but will work with the right candidate to work through their NVQ4/5 and additional training as required.
