We are looking for an experienced, enthusiast and reliable Cafe Supervisor to join our team on a full-time basis.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a busy hospitality environment, has excellent customer service skills and is confident supporting and leading a team.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervising the team during daily operations
- Ensuring excellent customer service and a welcoming atmosphere
- Supporting staff and allocating duties throughout the shift
- Opening and/or closing the cafe
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, food hygiene and presentation
- Ensuring food and drinks are prepared and served to a consistently high standard
- Handling customer enquiries and resolving issues professionally
- Monitoring stock levels and reporting any shortages
- Supporting the management team with the smooth running of the cafe
- Leading by example and helping to motivate the team during busy period
About You
We are looking for someone who:
- Has previous experience in hospitality, preferably in a supervisory or senior role
- Is confident leading and supporting a team
- Has excellent communication and customer service skills
- Is organised, responsible and reliable
- Can remain calm and professional in a busy environment
- Has a positive attitude and takes pride in their work
- Is flexible and available to work weekends and busy periods
- Has a genuine passion for hospitality and delivering great customer experience
