Mark Taylor Limited is a family owned and run haulage company based in Kirkby-In-Ashfield with our own fleet of HGV's
We are seeking an experienced HGV technician/mechanic to work on our fleet alongside various customers vehicles. We have a fully equipped workshop with 6 inspection pits, brake testing bays etc.
You will be part of an existing friendly team that we are looking to build and strengthen so, you must be able to work well as part of a team but also be comfortable working on your own, using your initiative
Duties
- Carry out service, maintenance and repairs on a range of HGV vehicles
- Use diagnostic tools to help find and repair faults
- MOT preparations
- Utilise a range of hand and power tools
- Ensure high standards of workmanship and safety
- Positive 'can do' attitude
- Flexibility to work Saturday mornings
- HGV licence would be advantageous but not a deal breaker
