Role: Window & Door Fitter / Installer
Location: Based near Stamford Brook Station (W6), covering West London.
Hours: Monday–Friday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) | Saturday (8:00 AM – 4:00 PM) (Includes breaks & lunch)
About the Role
We are seeking a skilled, reliable Window and Door Fitter to join our growing team. In this role, you will handle the removal, installation, and finishing of high-quality window and door units across residential and commercial sites.

Key Responsibilities
- Removal & Preparation: Safely remove old/damaged windows and frames while protecting the surrounding property.
- Installation: Accurately measure, align, and install new units using standard power and hand tools.
- Weatherproofing & Finishing: Apply sealants, trim, and handle minor plastering, masonry, or touch-up painting to ensure a pristine finish.
- Safety & Standards: Maintain high safety protocols, particularly when working at heights or in tight spaces.
- Site Management: Keep work areas clean, organized, and presentable to clients.
- Transport: Drive company van to and from job sites efficiently and safely.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: Proven track record in window/door fitting or related construction trades (e.g., carpentry, joinery, masonry).
- Licence: Full, clean UK Driving Licence (essential for van driving).
- Skills: Proficient with power/hand tools and confident working from technical drawings/schematics.
- Physical Capability: Comfortable with heavy lifting, working at heights, and working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Mindset: Strong eye for detail, reliable punctual work ethic, and good communication skills with clients and teammates.
Desirable (Bonus) Skills:
- NVQ/Certifications in Fenestration or Joinery.
- Multi-trade exposure (basic plastering, welding, or fabrication knowledge).
