We’re looking for someone who is friendly, confident, organised and customer-focused, with a good understanding of vehicle servicing and repairs. Previous experience in a service advisor or similar automotive role would be an advantage.

Duties
- Engage with customers via phone, email, or chat to understand their needs and provide clear, helpful information
- Resolve customer inquiries efficiently by analysing their concerns and offering appropriate solutions
- Maintain strong communication skills to explain technical or complex information in an accessible manner
- Taking customer bookings by phone and in person.
- Preparing quotes for servicing and repairs.
- Creating and processing customer invoices.
- Keeping customers updated on the progress of their vehicles.
- Collection and Deliveries of customer’s vehicles.
- Liaising with technicians and customers to ensure jobs run smoothly.
- A small amount of general filing and administration.
- Always providing excellent customer service Experience
- Previous experience in a customer service role is required and enthusiasm for helping others is essential
- Familiarity with GDS & Autodata or similar software.
- Knowledge of the car industry is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to listen actively and articulate solutions clearly
- Analytical skills to assess customer needs quickly and determine appropriate actions
- Ability to remain calm under pressure while managing multiple inquiries simultaneously

Pay: £25,420.00-£40,000.00 per year
