As demand for our services continues to grow across Hampshire and the surrounding counties, we're looking for an experienced Lead Air Conditioning Engineer to join our team.

The Role:
· Installation of split, multi-split, ducted, cassette, ceiling suspended and VRF/VRV systems.
· Planned preventative maintenance and servicing.
· Fault finding and repairs.
· Commissioning new installations.
· Diagnosing technical issues and providing effective solutions.
· Completing digital job reports and relevant documentation.
· Delivering exceptional customer service on every visit.
· Representing Forest Cooling professionally at all times.
· Ensuring all work is completed safely and in accordance with current industry standards.
What We're Looking For:
· Minimum of 7 years' experience within the air conditioning industry.
· Valid F-Gas Category 1 Certification.
· Strong experience installing, servicing and repairing air conditioning systems.
· Experience working within both domestic and commercial environments.
· Excellent fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
· Full UK driving licence with a clean driving record.
· Strong communication and customer service skills.
· Professional appearance and attitude.
· High standards of workmanship and attention to detail.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Good organisational and time management skills.
· Right to work in the UK.
Compliance:
· Pass a DBS check.
· Provide satisfactory employment references.
· Demonstrate a professional employment history.
· Maintain the highest standards of customer care, professionalism and integrity.
