Hours – Monday – Friday, 8:30am-5pm

We're currently looking to recruit a Workplace Coordinator to support the Facilities Manager in the day-to-day delivery of integrated facilities management services. You'll oversee and supervise both hard and soft services, ensuring high standards of service delivery while providing an excellent workplace experience for our client.
In this role, you'll coordinate planned and reactive maintenance, manage helpdesk requests, oversee subcontractors, support office moves and events, and ensure health & safety and compliance requirements are met. You'll also supervise team members, support recruitment and training, monitor service standards, complete operational reporting and deputise for the Facilities Manager when required.
We're looking for someone who's happy to take ownership, build strong relationships and support both the client and wider facilities team.
As an Apleona Workplace Coordinator, we're looking for:
- Experience working within the Facilities Management industry
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Previous experience supervising or coordinating teams
- Strong planning and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads
- Experience coordinating planned and reactive maintenance activities
- Knowledge and use of Microsoft Word/Excel packages
- Good understanding of Health & Safety and compliance requirements
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility for service delivery
- IWFM Level 3 (or equivalent experience) and IOSH Managing Safely (desirable)
- Experience within a corporate office environment (desirable)
