Job Summary
Beefy's skips are seeking a dedicated and proactive individual to fill the role of part time call handler. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be able to analyse data effectively, and demonstrate a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
Booking in Skips, liaising with drivers and customers via the telephone and other admin duties.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service through effective communication and phone etiquette.
- Handle data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Assist in upselling products or services to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations.
- Maintain organised records and documentation related to customer interactions.
- Hours MONDAY 8.00 TO 17,00 TUESDAY 1.30 TO 18.00 AND EVERY OTHER SATURDAY 8.30 TO 13.00
Experience
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
- Proficiency in English is required.
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with diverse clientele.
- Experience in upselling or sales is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Must be flexible with hours to cover sickness and holidays
