Air To Heat specialises in the design, supply and installation of air source heat pumps, with an emphasis on pushing up standards in the industry and delivering a high level of customer service to our clients.
Air To Heat is a rapidly growing business in a highly active and exciting new industry. In the last 5 years the heat pump industry has grown over 300% and is expected to continue if not increase on this growth path. The business is actively looking to grow in the marketplace and position itself to lead the heat pump market in London and the Southeast in the next 3 years.
We are based in Bromley, Kent. We cover all of London and the home counties.
We are looking for a experienced operation/technical manager to join our team to help us with our ever growing requirement for heating, plumbing and renewables work on our sites. The main roles will cover:
- Organise and populate CRM system (pipedrive)
- Ensuring projects are running on time, coordinating between our teams on the ground and the office.
- Work closely with installers, managers to ensure client satisfaction is met and targets are being met.
- Build project material lists for each project.
- Manage project timelines and resources effectively.
- Be our main point of contact with our supplies, ensure pricing is the best it can be and manage relations.
- Be our lead technical head, completing most heat loss surveys and system designs.
- Completing quality control visits, supervisor visits and then completing handover with the end users.
- Booking in and dealing with sub-contracted projects, including managing sub-contractor installs from start to finish.
- Leading and delivering on any large commercial heat pump projects.
- Lead the project coordinator and the team in developing our systems and processes to ensure our projects and the business is running smoothly and allowing room for growth.
- Take a lead on our health and safety compliance.
- Help servicing coordinator manage and deal with the service and repair bookings and technical questions.
- Deal with day to day on site problems and take a lead in managing installations

- The role comes with 30 days paid leave (inc bank holidays) and statutory sick pay.
- £41,000 to £48,000 depending on experience
