Mobile Cleaning Operatives – High Wycombe Area
£13.00 per hour + £5 nightly fuel contribution
10 hours per week (minimum) – Permanent, 52-week contract

Due to continued growth, we are looking for reliable, enthusiastic and self-motivated Cleaning Operatives to join our expanding team.
About the Role
You’ll work across a rotation of customer sites, providing cover cleaning when regular staff are on holiday or absent. You’ll be our go-to person when an extra pair of hands is needed — ready to roll up your sleeves and get the job done!
Sites are mainly within the High Wycombe area, particularly Cressex and Sands, and include high-spec offices, factories and schools. Flexibility and the ability to adapt to different environments are essential.
Key Details
- Own transport required (daily mileage allowance paid)
- Hours: Monday to Friday, mostly 5.30/6.00pm – 7.30/8.00pm
- Guaranteed: 10 hours per week
- Pay: £13.00 per hour (£130 per week) + £5 per night fuel contribution
- Contract: Permanent, 52 weeks per year
- Entitlement: Holiday and bank holidays included
Main Duties
- General cleaning tasks: dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing
- Cleaning entrances, corridors, offices, toilets, kitchens, and meeting rooms
- Maintaining excellent standards of cleanliness and presentation
What We’re Looking For
- Hard-working and conscientious with excellent timekeeping
- Friendly and flexible with a positive, ‘can-do’ attitude
- Experience in commercial cleaning preferred
- Enhanced DBS certificate desirable (can be arranged if not already held)
