Are you an experienced Nursing Home Manager looking for your next challenge with a provider that genuinely values quality care and strong leadership?
We're looking for an exceptional leader to take the reins of a well-established nursing home in Keighley. This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive organisation where you'll have the autonomy to lead your service while receiving the backing of an experienced senior management team.
As Home Manager, you'll be responsible for the overall performance of the home, ensuring outstanding care is delivered to every resident while driving operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and commercial success.
The Role
As the Registered Home Manager, you'll lead the day-to-day running of the service, creating a positive culture where residents receive exceptional person-centred care and colleagues are supported to thrive.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing strong operational leadership across all areas of the home.
- Managing budgets, occupancy, staffing and resources to ensure the service operates efficiently.
- Maintaining full compliance with CQC regulations while striving towards an Outstanding rating.
- Leading, motivating and developing a multidisciplinary team, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
- Overseeing clinical governance and ensuring high standards of nursing and personalised care are consistently delivered.
- Building positive relationships with residents, relatives, healthcare professionals, commissioners and local authorities.
About You
We're keen to speak with experienced leaders who have a genuine passion for delivering high-quality elderly care.
You'll ideally have:
- Previous experience as a Nursing Home Manager or an experienced Deputy Manager ready to step into a Home Manager position.
- A proven track record of achieving strong CQC outcomes.
- Excellent commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and occupancy.
- An active NMC registration (RGN, RMN or RNLD) - desirable.
- A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Adult Care (or a willingness to work towards it) - desirable.
- Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
- Good IT skills and confidence using digital care systems.
- A satisfactory Enhanced DBS check and a fully explainable employment history.
