We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Trainee Legal Graduate to join our Global Markets Legal team in London. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience supporting complex financial transactions while working alongside experienced legal professionals in a collaborative, cross-border environment.
About the Role
As a Trainee, you’ll play a key role in supporting lawyers who advise on a wide range of financial products and transactions. From day one, you’ll gain exposure to real legal work, develop your technical expertise, and build a strong foundation for a career in financial services law.
You’ll work closely with teams in both London and Paris, contributing to high-profile projects and learning how legal advice supports business decisions in a global organisation.
What You’ll Be Doing

Assisting with the drafting, reviewing and negotiation of legal documents, including contracts and transaction documentation

Supporting lawyers who advise internal teams such as sales, trading and structuring

Conducting legal and regulatory research on financial markets topics

Responding to day-to-day legal queries from business stakeholders

Helping to maintain and improve standard legal templates and documentation
