Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Paint Sprayer who is also happy to support general manufacturing duties when required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Spray painting shutter components to a high-quality finish
- Preparing surfaces (sanding, priming, masking)
- Maintaining spray equipment and workspace
- Assisting with general manufacturing tasks
- Ensuring quality control standards are met
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous spraying experience (essential)
- High attention to detail and finish quality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible attitude to support production where required
- Experience in a workshop/manufacturing environment (preferred)

Hours: Monday–Thursday

Fridays required close to Christmas period and when asked.
Pay: Competitive, depending on experience
