Are you analytical, organised and interested in property, housing and data? We are looking for an enthusiastic Asset Intelligence Analyst (Trainee) to join our Asset Strategy & Investment Team.
This is an excellent opportunity to develop specialist skills in housing asset management while working towards a structured training programme, which may include college day release.
You'll help shape investment decisions across our housing stock by analysing data, supporting stock condition surveys, maintaining asset records and contributing to long-term investment planning.
What You'll Be Doing
✔ Supporting the management and maintenance of housing asset data and asset registers
✔ Analysing housing, investment and maintenance data to identify trends and opportunities
✔ Assisting with stock condition surveys and asset intelligence programmes
✔ Supporting long-term investment planning and financial forecasting
✔ Monitoring capital investment programmes and ensuring accurate data records
✔ Producing reports and recommendations to support strategic decision making
✔ Working with contractors, consultants and colleagues to deliver effective housing services
✔ Helping develop sustainable, evidence-based asset management solutions
What We're Looking For
Essential

GCSE Grade 4/C or above (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics

Strong organisational and analytical skills

Good written and verbal communication skills

Ability to manage workloads and meet deadlines

Commitment to customer service, teamwork and continuous improvement

Full driving licence and access to a vehicle
Desirable

Experience using data analysis or Business Intelligence reporting tools

Knowledge of housing management systems or property services

Experience maintaining accurate records and documentation

Understanding of compliance and asset management principles

Experience supporting projects or planned maintenance programmes
