Job Overview:
Due to continued growth SBC Builders Ltd require a time served Joiner to join our existing workforce .
Preferred candidates to be multi skilled and have ability to turn hand to various trades in small quantities whilst working within a small team .
Works generally involve working in Social Housing Voids and occasional occupied properties undertaking tasks such as kitchen installation, Internal door replacements , skirting board and architrave renewal, Timber floor replacements, decorative wallboard installations , Pipe Boxings etc.
Requirements -
- CSCS Card Preferred
- Own tools required.
- Full UK driving license
- Minimum 5 Years Joinery experience
- Social Housing / Refurbishment experience preferred
Benefits -
- £17 - £19 per Hour (Rate of pay determined by experience)
