360 Excavator Operator / Groundworker
Location: Surrey, South London and surrounding areas

I & J Bushell is a family-owned and managed business specialising in Groundworks, Excavation and Agricultural Contracting. We work with a wide range of clients, delivering projects from small domestic works through to commercial, civil engineering and infrastructure schemes.
Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured work, we are looking to recruit an experienced 360 Excavator Operator/Groundworker to join our team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an all-round operative who is confident operating excavators to a high standard while also being willing and able to undertake groundworks and manual work when required.
The Role
Projects include:
- Landscaping projects
- Environmental projects
- Groundworks projects
- Civil engineering and infrastructure works
Work is located across Surrey, South London and surrounding areas, with a mix of long-term and short-duration projects.
Essential Requirements
- CPCS Competent Operator Card - 360 Excavator Above & Below 10 Tonnes with Lifting Operations
- CPCS Competent Operator Card - Forward Tipping Dumper and Roller
- Minimum 5 years' experience operating excavators from 0-20 tonnes
- Groundworks experience and knowledge
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Own transport
- Good communication skills and spoken/written English
- Reliable, motivated and able to work effectively as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and organisational skills
- Physically fit and willing to undertake manual work when required

- Additional CPCS qualifications
