The Club & Spa Bristol is looking for a friendly, professional, and passionate Beauty Therapist to join our luxury spa team on a part-time, Sundays-only contract.
Working with the prestigious ESPA skincare brand, you'll provide exceptional treatments and outstanding customer care in our relaxing spa environment within the Hilton Hotel. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive team that is committed to delivering a five-star guest experience.
Contract Details
- 8-hour contract – Sundays only
- Working hours: 9:30am – 6:00pm
- 30-minute unpaid lunch break
What You'll Be Doing
- Deliver a range of professional face and body treatments using the luxury ESPA product range.
- Carry out consultations and recommend personalised treatment plans and homecare products.
- Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable spa experience.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and hygiene within treatment rooms and spa facilities.
- Promote and retail ESPA products where appropriate.
- Work closely with the wider spa team to create a welcoming and relaxing environment for every guest.
What We're Looking For
- Qualified Beauty Therapist (Level 2 and 3 NVQ essential).
- Confident in delivering a variety of beauty and spa treatments.
- A warm, friendly, and professional approach with excellent communication skills.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Reliable, well-presented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Previous experience working with luxury spa brands is desirable but not essential.
