Created alongside the award-winning team behind The Beauty Place, Manicured combines beautiful surroundings, exceptional client care, and a detail-focused approach to nails, BIAB, and natural nail health.
We are currently looking for an experienced self-employed nail technician to join us as we continue growing this exciting new space.

What We’re Looking For
We would love to hear from nail technicians who:
- Are experienced in BIAB and gel manicure services
- Take pride in their prep work, attention to detail, and finish
- Value professionalism and client experience
- Enjoy working independently while still being part of a supportive team
- Are warm, personable, and confident with clients
- Want to build something long-term within a growing luxury brand
Experience with The Gel Bottle is welcomed, although support and conversion training can be discussed where needed.
The Opportunity
This is a self-employed position with a revenue-share arrangement. As Manicured continues to grow, there is flexibility to increase working days and earning potential over time.
We believe self-employment works best when talented professionals are given the autonomy, trust and environment to build a successful business within an established brand.
Experienced nail technicians working within our premium pricing structure have the opportunity to achieve earnings significantly above typical employed salon rates, while benefiting from the support, reputation and client demographic of The Beauty Place.
Initially, we are particularly looking for availability on:
- Thursdays
- Fridays
- Saturdays
although this may evolve over time.
There is strong opportunity for growth within the wider business for the right person, including future opportunities within beauty, massage, and advanced skin treatments if desired.
