The Role
This is a field-based content role focused on our franchise Instagram accounts. You’ll own the social media presence for a portfolio of franchise locations across the North of England, spanning multiple brands. Real creative ownership. Plenty of road time.
You’ll plan and lead shoots at each location, direct the teams on the day, edit the content, write the captions, and manage all community engagement.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Travelling to franchise sites across the North of England to plan and lead content shoots independently
- Directing kitchen and front-of-house teams on shoot days to capture the content you need
- Editing photo and video content and posting across multiple Instagram accounts
- Writing captions and managing comments and DMs across all accounts
- Coordinating with franchisees ahead of shoots on timing, content briefs, and logistics
- Working closely with the Marketing Manager to plan and prioritise content across the network
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience creating Instagram content - you know how to shoot, edit, and post content that actually performs
- Confident directing people on a shoot - you can brief a chef and get what you need without supervision
- Strong caption writing and community management skills - tone matters and you get it
- Highly organised - you can manage multiple accounts, locations, and deadlines without things slipping
- Full UK driving licence would be advantageous
- Experience in food, hospitality, or lifestyle content is preferrable

Pay: £25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
