Job Purpose
As a Soft Signage Production & Finishing Operative, you'll manufacture, finish and prepare high-quality signage products, ensuring they meet our quality standards and are ready for dispatch.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce and finish flags, banners and tension fabric systems.
- Operate finishing equipment, including conveyor sewing machines, industrial sewing machines, eyelet presses, zünd cutters and packaging equipment.
- Measure, trim, cut, fold and sew silicone edge graphics.
- Read job sheets and follow production specifications.
- Carry out quality checks throughout production and at final checking stage.
- Report any production issues to the Sewing Production Team Leader or Print Manager.
- Package and label finished products for dispatch.
- Support continuous improvement and work closely with production, print and dispatch teams.
Skills & Experience

- Experience in a manufacturing, production, print or finishing environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good practical and manual handling skills.
- Ability to use measuring equipment accurately.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Good IT skills.

Physical Requirements
The role involves standing for long periods, manual handling of fabrics and finished products, repetitive production tasks, and working safely with production machinery.
Pay: £12.75-£13.40 per hour
