Hours/Days per week: 35 hours per week, 9am – 5pm, Monday – Friday

To provide high-quality operational CRM support for Fundraising through the accurate processing, maintenance and validation of supporter data. The role is responsible for ensuring fundraising data is processed efficiently and accurately, supporting fundraising campaigns, CRM administration and data quality, while maintaining compliance with organisational policies and data protection legislation.
CRM Administration

Process, import and maintain supporter, donation, event and fundraising data within the CRM system, ensuring records are accurate, complete and processed within agreed service levels.

Prepare, cleanse and validate data files prior to import, identifying formatting issues, duplicate records and data anomalies.

Carry out bulk data updates and routine CRM administration activities to support fundraising operations.

Perform routine CRM housekeeping activities to maintain accurate and reliable supporter records.
Data Quality

Proactively monitor and improve data quality through routine validation, cleansing and identification of incomplete, duplicate or inconsistent data.

Support the ongoing integrity of fundraising data by identifying operational issues and escalating where appropriate.

Ensure data processing activities comply with GDPR, PECR and organisational policies.
Fundraising Operations

Support fundraising campaigns through the preparation of data selections, suppression files and operational reporting.

Assist the CRM Manager with routine CRM activities, fundraising processes and operational support.

Respond to internal CRM administration requests and routine operational data queries, escalating more complex issues where appropriate.
CRM Development & Improvement

Assist with user acceptance testing of CRM enhancements, new functionality and process improvements.

Maintain documentation for CRM administration processes and contribute to the continuous improvement of operational procedures.

Identify opportunities to improve data quality, CRM processes and operational efficiency.
Collaboration

Work collaboratively with colleagues across Fundraising, Marketing, Digital, Finance, Database & Reconciliation and Supporter Care teams to support effective fundraising

Experience working within a CRM, fundraising operations or data administration environment.

Experience preparing, cleansing and validating data for import into CRM systems.

Experience processing and maintaining accurate data records.

Experience working with bulk data imports, exports and data manipulation.

Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, lookups, filtering, sorting and working with large datasets.

Experience identifying and resolving data quality issues.

Understanding of CRM data management principles and fundraising operations.

Knowledge of GDPR, PECR and good data handling practice.

Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
