Job Overview
We are looking for a reliable and organised Part-Time Compliance Administrator to join our busy HGV transport team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills who enjoys working in a fast- paced environment and helping to ensure fleet compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate driver, vehicle and compliance records.
- Monitor MOTs, servicing, inspections, and maintenance schedules.
- Ensure drivers licences, CPC, and tachograph records are up to date.
- Assist with fleet documentation and regulatory compliance.
- Liaise with drivers, workshops, and management regarding compliance matters.
- Prepare reports and support audits as required.
- General administrative duties to support the transport office.
Skills
- Previous administration experience ( transport or logistics experience desirable but not essential )
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Confident using Microsoft office, particularly Excel and outlook.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
