Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Labourer to join our team. The candidate will have a CSCS card be responsible for performing various tasks that support the operations of our projects. This role requires physical stamina, reliability, and a willingness to learn new skills in a dynamic work environment.
There will be some stay aways
6am start
Work week in hand
Incentive bonus at end of mouth to achieve this you most have work a full month (£160)
ideall within 5 mile radius of Baldock for pick up or further away must be in Baldock to leave by 6 am
Duties
- Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and equipment
- Perform general site maintenance and cleaning duties
- Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
- Follow instructions from supervisors to complete tasks efficiently
- Support skilled tradespeople by providing assistance as needed
- Maintain a clean and organised work area to ensure safety standards are met
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations on-site
Requirements
- experience in a labouring role is advantageous but not essential
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
- Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities
- A valid driver's licence is beneficial but not mandatory
- Hold a CSCS card
