The Role:
As a Kitchen Porter at The Big Bakes, you’ll play a vital role in keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. From keeping the kitchen sparkling to helping with daily preparation, you’ll make sure the team is set up for success and the guests have the best experience possible.
Kitchen Porter duties include:
· Helping with tasks like weighing ingredients
· Daily cleaning, washing up and changeovers between events
· Keeping back-of-house areas and kitchen equipment spotless
· Cleaning areas like sinks, toilets, and patio spaces in line with hygiene standards
· Reporting any breakages or issues to your supervisor
· Pitching in with other tasks as needed
· Being flexible with working hours, including evenings and weekends
You’ll be working shifts Monday to Sunday as part of a friendly, hard-working team.
