The Role
As a Registered Nurse, you will play a central role in ensuring residents receive safe, effective, and person‑centred care. You will take responsibility for clinical decision‑making on shift, overseeing care delivery and supporting the wider team to maintain high standards.
Day‑to‑day, you’ll be involved in assessing and reviewing residents’ care needs, safely managing medication, and responding promptly to any changes in health or wellbeing. You’ll also provide guidance and reassurance to colleagues, ensuring care is delivered consistently and with compassion, while maintaining accurate clinical records and clear communication across the team.
Our Ideal Candidate
You will be a qualified Registered General Nurse (RGN) with a valid NMC PIN, who is confident in both clinical practice and supporting others. Ideally, you’ll have experience in a care home or similar setting, but most importantly you’ll bring strong clinical judgement, good communication skills, and a calm, professional approach to your work.
We’re looking for someone who is compassionate, reliable, and person‑centred, with a genuine commitment to delivering dignified care. You’ll be confident working both independently and as part of a team, and comfortable taking responsibility on shift.
