The Role: Food & Beverage Assistant
We are looking for Food & Beverage Assistants to join our team on a permanent basis.
You don’t need a long CV in hospitality to join us, we’ll provide the training you need to master your craft. We simply ask for people who are reliable, observant, and genuinely enjoy looking after others.
Your day as a Food & Beverage Assistant will involve:
- Welcoming guests with a natural, professional manner
- Developing a strong knowledge of our menus to assist with food and drink orders
- Ensuring the restaurant runs smoothly through attentive, polished service
- Supporting your colleagues to maintain our high standards across the estate
Successful candidates should have the following skills and experience:
- Previous experience ideally gained in a similar environment
- An interest and appreciation for fine food & wine
- A confident communicator as it is important to liaise with guests and other team members
