Elite Plastics Limited is a well-established UK manufacturer of polythene products, specialising in extrusion, printing, converting and recycling. As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a motivated and reliable Conversion Operator to operate our Bag On a Roll production lines.
Overview
As a Conversion Operator, you will be responsible for operating our Bag on a Roll production lines, ensuring products are manufactured safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where attention to detail, reliability and a strong work ethic are essential.
Responsibilities
- Operate Bag On a Roll production lines safely and efficiently to meet production targets.
- Carry out regular quality checks to ensure products meet stated specifications.
- Complete production records, work orders and traceability documentation accurately and legibly.
- Follow all health, safety, hygiene and company procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area by following our "clean as you go" approach.
- Contribute to a positive product safety and quality culture
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain efficient production.

Hours:
40 hours per week
Monday to Thursday on a rotating day and night shift pattern (10-hour shifts).
Day Shift: 6:00 am – 4:00 pm
Night Shift: 7:00 pm – 5:00 am
