Our Stylish and spacious salon is situated in Glasgow’s West End (A hidden little gem) with great parking facilities, local bus routes and only 10 minutes from Partick train station.
The Role:
We're looking for an experienced Senior Hair Stylist to join our team. The Ideal candidate will be confident in all aspects of cutting, colouring, balayage, foiling and colour correction and able to create a great client experience from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-standard precision cutting, colouring and styling services
- Deliver personalised consultations and maintain excellent client care
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Support and mentor junior team members when required
- Contribute to a positive, relaxed salon atmosphere
- Maintain salon hygiene and follow all health & safety standards
What we are looking for:
- Minimum 5 years salon experience and strong senior -level ability
- Must have an established loyal clientele
- Strong technical ability in cutting, colouring, balayage and colour correction
- Friendly, professional, confident with clients and excellent listening skills
- An eagle eye for detail and takes pride in their work
- A calm and positive energy
- Works well under pressure without bringing stress into the salon
- NVQ level 3 in Hairdressing
- Passion for Schwarzkopf products and modern colouring techniques
This position is for part time or full time with commission and bonus incentives!
