Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Agricultural Worker to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting various farming and game activities, maintaining equipment, and ensuring the health and productivity of livestock. Duties
- Operate and maintain agricultural machinery and equipment, including repair and troubleshooting as needed
- Use hand tools and power tools
- Perform heavy lifting of supplies, equipment safely and efficiently
- Care for livestock by feeding, cleaning enclosures, and monitoring animal health
- Conduct routine maintenance on farm infrastructure including fences, gates, and irrigation systems
- Assist with general farm upkeep including cleaning work areas and ensuring safety protocols are followed
Skills
- Knowledge of game farm and agriculture.
- Mechanical knowledge for operating and repairing farm machinery and equipment
- Experience with hand tools, power tools, and basic maintenance procedures
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely over extended periods
- Understanding of animal care practices to ensure livestock wellbeing
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in daily tasks.
Pay: From £12.71 per hour
