Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and dependable Site Operative to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our site activities, supporting safety protocols, and assisting with general site maintenance. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will help maintain a safe, efficient, and organized environment. About this Role
You'll work as part of the team responsible for keeping our school safe, secure, well maintained and welcoming.
Your work will include:
- general repairs and maintenance;
- maintaining buildings and grounds;
- routine health, safety and compliance checks;
- opening and securing the school;
- supporting contractors and improvement works;
- responding to day-to-day maintenance requests;
- supporting deliveries, events and room setups; and
- helping maintain high standards across the site.
The team works across planned AM, Day and PM shifts, with rota's provided in advance.

Previous maintenance, estates or trade experience would be useful, but attitude, practical ability and willingness to learn are just as important to us.
