Service Advisor — Mountsorrel Service Centre
Up to £31,000 basic, £35,000 OTE
Carsa is growing — 11 retail sites and counting. We need an experienced Service Advisor to keep our service team running smoothly and our customers looked after.
What you'll do
- Book in and manage the service/aftersales workflow
- Handle warranty claims to keep costs down
- Order parts efficiently, within budget
- Talk customers through issues, options and costs
- Flag any rectification or prep spend to the Aftersales Manager
You'll need
- 1 year+ as a Service Advisor
- Full UK driving licence
Hours
Mon–Fri, 8am–6pm + every other Saturday morning (8am–12.30pm)
