This role provides the chance to support the execution of promotional events and brand campaigns while helping deliver engaging customer experiences for our clients.
As part of a supportive and energetic team, you’ll assist with event organisation, venue preparation, customer engagement, and act as a key representative of the brand during campaigns.

Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day coordination of live events and promotional campaigns, including setup and customer engagement activities.
- Interact directly with customers to create positive brand experiences and identify potential opportunities.
- Build strong customer relationships through confident and professional communication.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to help improve campaign performance and customer outreach strategies.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively
- Previous experience in marketing or sales is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanour
- Organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously under tight deadlines
- Proactive attitude with a genuine enthusiasm for events and community engagement
